2. Set pricing rules
Before importing, go to Sourcing → Pricing rules and set how you'll price imported products. A multiplier of 1.4–1.6 (40–60% margin) is a common starting point. Preview the effect on a sample cost before saving.
3. Find and import products
- 1
Browse the catalog
Go to Sourcing → Find products. Search by keyword or paste an AliExpress product URL. - 2
Preview
Check the product's images, variants, and supplier cost. - 3
Import
Click Import. The product is queued and created in your catalog with dropship fulfillment type and your pricing rule applied.
4. Review and publish
Check the imported product in Products. Imported products show a blue dropship sync indicator. Edit the title and description to match your brand voice, then set status to Published. Sync the product to pull the latest stock before going live.
5. Fulfill orders
- 1
Customer orders
When a shopper buys a dropship product, the order appears in Orders. - 2
Place the supplier order
From the order detail's dropship section, click Place supplier order. Saleporia sends the customer's shipping details to AliExpress. - 3
Sync tracking
Once AliExpress ships, sync the tracking number back into the order so the customer can track their package.
