Cancel a subscription

Cancel anytime. Cancellation reverts your shop to the free Starter plan — no data is lost, but paid feature limits (shops, staff seats) reduce to Starter levels.

Cancelling

   Open Cancel subscription

   On the billing page's Current plan card, click Cancel.

   Choose a reason

   A dialog asks for a cancellation reason (radio options + a custom reason textarea). Your feedback helps improve the product.

   Confirm

   The red confirm button cancels the subscription. Your plan reverts to Starter and a cancellation log is recorded.
