Marketing overview

The marketing section is a multi-channel hub for reaching customers across email, SMS, push, social, and paid ads.

Where to find it

Admin → Marketing (/admin/marketing). Requires the manage_marketing permission. A subnav separates Overview, Campaigns, Ad Studio, Audiences, Automations, Social Commerce, and Social Posts.

The overview dashboard

Four stat cards summarize activity: total campaigns, messages sent, open rate, and active automations. Channel status cards show whether email and SMS are ready (credentials configured). Quick-action links jump to common tasks, and a recent campaigns table shows your latest sends.
