Danger zone: delete your store
Permanently delete a shop and all its data, including media cleanup.
The Danger zone is where irreversible actions live. Deleting a shop is permanent and cannot be undone.
Where to find it
Settings → Danger. The subnav pill for Danger is red to signal its destructive nature.
Deleting a shop

Open Danger settings
Navigate to Settings and select the Danger tab. - 2
Confirm the slug
You must type your shop's exact slug to confirm. This prevents accidental deletion. - 3
Submit
The shop and all related data — products, orders, customers, pages, settings, theme installations — are permanently removed. Media files are cleaned up from your configured storage.
This is irreversible
Deletion removes every record associated with the shop. There is no trash or recovery period. Export your orders and customers to CSV first if you might need them later.

/shop/deletePermanently delete a shop. Requires a confirmSlug field matching the shop's slug. Cleans up media from storage.
