Inventory & stock
Track stock levels, low-stock alerts, and webhook notifications for inventory.
Stock is tracked per product and per variant. When stock runs low, Saleporia can notify you via webhooks and the notification center.
Setting stock
On the product form, enter the available quantity. For products with variants, each variant has its own stock field. The product table shows total stock and a status pill.
Low-stock webhooks
Configure a webhook for the inventory.low event under Settings → API & Webhook. When a product's stock drops below its threshold, Saleporia sends a signed payload to your endpoint so you can reorder or pause ads.
Dropship inventory
Dropshipped products sync stock from the supplier. Use Sourcing → Sync to pull the latest availability from AliExpress before orders.
