Customers overview
Understand customer accounts, segments, and the customer directory.
The customers section is a built-in CRM with automatic segmentation, lifetime value tracking, and a loyalty points system.
Where to find it
Admin → Customers (/admin/customers). Requires the manage_customers permission.
The dashboard
Four stat cards summarize your customer base: total customers, new this month (with trend), active rate (90-day), and average lifetime value. Below, a Customer Growth area chart shows new vs returning over six months, and a donut chart breaks down segment distribution.
The customer table
The directory lists customers with name, email, segment pill, order count, last order date, and total spent. Filter by segment, search by name/email, and sort by recent, name, spent, orders, or join date. Click a row to open the detail sheet.
